Japanese immigrants began fusing their traditional techniques with local ingredients, especially fish, chilies, and citrus.
This unique fusion evolved into a globally recognized culinary style that combines Japanese precision with vibrant
Latin flavours, creating innovative dishes that honour both traditions.
