Chef Jose Luis Rojas and Chef Tatsuya Ogawa combine over 20 years of experience from Japanese restaurant tradition with tropical, bold ingredients from Latin America. The result is a truly unique concept with delicate sashimi cuts, gyoza and fresh ceviche elements, along with chili, citrus and fruits from South America.
Sommelier Christos ensures that the food meets the perfect wine experience, with thoughtful pairings and warm, professional service.
